How to get your home ready for window cleaning

We clean windows inside and out, with screens, tracks and sills, and rinse the exterior glass with deionized pure water. A little preparation before the visit lets us reach every window and finish sooner.

Inside the house

  • Clear the window sills and the area right in front of each window: plants, frames, decor and anything fragile.
  • If you can, move furniture a step away from the windows so there is room for a ladder or a stool.
  • Open curtains and raise blinds before we arrive.
  • Tell us about alarm sensors on the windows.

Outside the house

  • Unlock gates and side yards so we can reach every window from the outside.
  • Move cars, grills, toys and furniture away from walls under the windows.
  • Let us know about windows that are hard to reach, painted shut or damaged.

On the day

  • Keep pets in another room or inside while we work outside.
  • Screens can be removed, washed, rinsed, dried and reinstalled during the same visit. Ask for it when you book.
