What a regular cleaning covers
- Kitchen: counters, backsplash and cabinet fronts wiped, sink scrubbed, stovetop and microwave cleaned
- The outside of the fridge, the oven and the dishwasher, handles included
- Bathrooms: toilets inside, outside and around the base; tubs, shower walls and glass scrubbed of soap scum
- Sinks, counters, mirrors and fixtures cleaned
- Furniture tops, shelves, frames and the ceiling fan blades we can reach safely, dusted
- Light switches, door handles and the other spots hands touch every day
- Carpets and rugs vacuumed, hard floors vacuumed and mopped, trash taken out
Inside the oven and the fridge are extras. A deep cleaning adds baseboards, vents, grout and more.

What Tampa Bay homes need most
Humidity, sand and ceiling fans that run all year shape what a cleaning here has to cover.
Mildew in the shower
Bathrooms stay damp in Tampa humidity, and mildew starts in the grout and the caulk lines.
We check them on every visit. Light spots come off in a regular cleaning; stains set into the grout are deep-cleaning work, and we tell you before we start.
Sand and grit on the floors
Sand from yards, pool decks and the beach comes in on shoes and paws.
We vacuum before we mop, so the grit is not dragged across hard floors.
Dust on fans and vents
Ceiling fans and the AC run most of the year and collect dust that falls back into the room.
We dust the fan blades we can reach safely on every visit. Vents and return grilles are part of a deep cleaning.
Deep cleaning: when the usual visit is not enough
A deep cleaning takes longer and reaches the places a regular visit skips:
- baseboards, doors and door frames cleaned by hand;
- window sills and tracks inside the home;
- light fixtures, air vents and return grilles;
- under and behind the furniture we can move safely;
- kitchen cabinet fronts degreased;
- shower glass and tile grout scrubbed until the buildup comes off.
We recommend a deep cleaning as the first visit when a home has gone a while without one, after a season of guests, or before you list a house for sale. After that, regular visits keep it at that level.
Recurring cleaning on a schedule
Pick the rhythm that fits your home: every week (15% less per visit), every two weeks (10% less) or once a month (5% less). The first visit is priced as a one-time cleaning, because that is the visit that does the catching up.
Apartments and mobile homes
We clean apartments and condos the same way as a house. Tell us about gate codes, parking and elevator rules when you book, so the visit starts on time.
In mobile homes we clean the inside and the ceilings. Ceiling panels collect dust and the stains humidity leaves behind, so they are part of every mobile home cleaning.
The outside of the house, too
We started as an exterior cleaning company, and that is still most of our work. On the same visit or the same week we can clean the windows inside and out, clean the dryer vent from the dryer to the wall or roof exit, or pressure wash the driveway. Ask for them together and we schedule them together.

Questions about house cleaning in Tampa
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave a code or a lockbox. If you are home, we walk the house with you at the end.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes, the products and the equipment. If anyone in the home is sensitive to a scent or a product, tell us when you book and we will use the products you prefer.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Tell us about your pets when you ask for the estimate. Pet hair adds time, so it is part of the price.
Is a deep cleaning necessary before regular visits?
Only when the home needs catching up. If it was cleaned recently, we can start with regular visits.
Are you insured?
Yes. TinyLuster carries general liability insurance and holds county business tax receipts.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Se habla español, and we work in English too.
