What an empty-home cleaning includes

Landlords and property managers: cleaning between tenants
Between tenants the deadline is usually tight. Tell us the day the last tenant leaves and the day the next one moves in, and we plan the cleaning inside that window. We can work from a lockbox, and when nobody is there we send photos of each room when we finish.
Moving in: clean before you unpack
Even a home that looks clean has shelf liners full of crumbs, a fridge someone else used and a bathroom you did not see being cleaned. A move-in cleaning before the boxes arrive is the only time every cabinet is empty and every floor is clear.
Add the outside on the same visit
- Windows cleaned inside and out, the outside glass with purified water, from $125.
- The dryer vent: the previous owner's lint stays in the duct. We clean it from the dryer to the outside exit and measure the airflow before and after.
- Pressure washing of the driveway and the walkways before the moving truck parks on them.
Keys, lockboxes and closing dates
- The home needs water and electricity on the day of the cleaning.
- It cleans fastest when it is empty. If some furniture stays, tell us and we clean around it.
- Give us the closing date or the lease end date when you book, and we fit the cleaning between the moving truck and the keys.
- Lease ends cluster at the end of each month, and around May and August near the universities, so book early for those dates.

Does the home have to be empty?
It is best empty. If some furniture stays, tell us when you book: we clean around it and the price reflects it.
Do you clean the inside of the appliances?
Yes. The oven, the fridge and the microwave are cleaned inside on every move cleaning.
Can you clean the carpets?
We vacuum them. Steam cleaning or shampooing carpets is not part of our service.
I am not in Tampa anymore. Can you do it without me?
Yes. Leave us a lockbox code and we send photos of each room when we finish.
Do you also clean the home regularly after the move?
Yes: weekly, every two weeks or monthly visits, on our house cleaning page.
