Choose a plan and we schedule the exterior cleaning of your Tampa Bay home by season: two or four visits a year, each one 20% off the regular price. You pay after each visit, and you can cancel at no charge before the next one.

Gutter Plan
2 visits a year: spring and fall
Every gutter emptied by hand, the downspouts flushed and the debris hauled away. The spring visit leaves your gutters clear before hurricane season starts on June 1.
Essential Plan
2 visits a year: spring and fall
Gutter cleaning plus exterior window cleaning, with deionized pure water for the outside glass.
Complete Plan
4 visits a year: one each season
- Spring. Gutters, and windows inside and out.
- Summer. Driveway and walkway pressure washing, and the pool cage.
- Fall. Gutters and exterior windows.
- Winter. Solar panels and the dryer vent.
No pool cage or solar panels? We swap in another service your home needs, such as a house soft wash or roof cleaning.

Every month or every quarter
Storefront windows and entrances for restaurants, clinics, shops, HOAs and property managers, priced in a written contract after we see the property. See commercial services.
Home plan visits are 20% off the regular price for your home, with the $125 minimum per visit. The plan discount does not add to other discounts.
How the plan works
A free estimate for your home
We price each visit for your home the same way we price a single job, and confirm the price before the first visit. Plan visits are 20% off that price.
Visits scheduled by season
We book your visits for the year and ask you to confirm each one about 24 hours before, by text, email, the client portal or a phone call.
Pay after each visit
Nothing to pay in advance. You receive the invoice after each visit, and your quotes, visits and invoices stay in the client portal.
Change or cancel anytime
Change the services or cancel at no charge, as long as you tell us before the next visit. Missed a spot? Tell us within 48 hours and we come back to re-clean it at no charge.
Why these visits
Gutters, twice a year
Spring and fall suit most homes with trees nearby; under oaks, gutters can need it more often. Hurricane season starts on June 1. Read our guide: Gutters before hurricane season.
Windows, two to four times a year
Most homes benefit from exterior cleaning 2 to 4 times per year and interior cleaning 1 to 2 times per year.
Pool cages, once or twice a year
Cages near the water or near open land usually need the second cleaning.
Dryer vents, at least once a year
More often for busy households or long ducts that run to the roof.

How much does a plan cost?
We price each visit for your home the same way we price a single job, and plan visits are 20% off that price. We confirm the price before the first visit. The minimum is $125 per visit.
Do I have to sign up for a year?
No. You can cancel at no charge at any time, as long as you tell us before the next visit.
When do I pay?
After each visit. There is nothing to pay in advance, and your quotes, visits and invoices stay in the client portal.
Does the 20% add to other discounts?
No. The plan discount replaces other discounts, such as the frequency discounts in our window cleaning calculator.
Can I change what is in my plan?
Yes. If your home has no pool cage or solar panels, we swap in another service it needs, such as a house soft wash or roof cleaning.
Do I need to be home?
Not for outside work, as long as we can reach the property safely and gates and pets are secured.
What if the weather is bad?
In case of severe weather or high winds, we reschedule the visit for safety.
Do you offer plans for businesses?
Yes. We clean storefront windows and entrances every month or every quarter, priced in a written contract after we see the property.
Which areas do the plans cover?
Homes in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties, with no travel fee.
