Why construction dust needs more than one wipe
Construction dust behaves differently from household dust.
Fine dust everywhere
Drywall and sanding dust is finer than household dust: it floats for days, settles on every flat surface and gets inside closed cabinets.
We clean inside the cabinets and every ledge, top to bottom, not just the floors.
Paint, silicone and labels on glass
Trades leave paint, plaster, silicone and stickers on the glass, the frames and the tracks.
We take them off the glass and vacuum the tracks before the windows are washed.
Dust back in the air
The AC filter catches construction dust and blows it back into the rooms.
Change the AC filter after our final clean.

After a renovation in a lived-in home
When a kitchen or a bathroom is remodeled, the dust reaches the rooms around it. We clean the renovated room and the rooms the dust got into, so you are not still wiping the hallway two weeks later.
For contractors and builders: the final clean before handover
Book us for the end of the job, once the punch list is done. The final clean is the one your client sees on walk-through day, and if more trades come back after it, we come back for a touch-up visit. We follow the site rules on access, parking and hours.

Short-term rentals before the first guests
For a rental, the last cleaning before the listing photos and the first guests is the one the reviews are written about. Tell us the photo date and the first check-in, and we plan backward from there.
Windows inside and out after construction
Paint, plaster and silicone end up on the glass, the frames and the tracks. For the outside glass we use purified water, which dries without spots. Concrete covered in mud, mortar and footprints gets pressure washing.
Before we arrive
- The trades are finished: if the painters are still coming, the dust is too.
- The debris and leftover materials are gone.
- Water and power are on.
- After our cleaning, change the AC filter.

How do you price a post-construction cleaning?
By the size of the space and how much dust and residue the work left. Send photos or let us walk it, and you get the price before we start.
Can you clean while the work is still going on?
We can do a rough clean between trades. The final clean only makes sense once the last trade has left.
Do you clean the inside of the air ducts?
No. We clean the vent covers and the return grilles. Duct cleaning is a separate trade.
Do you work for contractors?
Yes. We are insured, and we send the certificate of insurance and a W-9 when you need them.
