Tiny Luster Exterior Services LLC, doing business as TinyLuster wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use tinyluster.com, request an estimate and contact us.

Our goal

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What we have done

• A “Skip to content” link and a menu that works with the keyboard.
• Visible focus outlines on links, buttons and form fields.
• Text and buttons with enough color contrast, and pages that can be zoomed to 200%.
• A label on every form field and error messages that say what to fix.
• Text descriptions (alt text) on the photos of our work.
• Less movement when your device is set to reduce motion.

Known limitations

• The client portal, where existing customers see their quotes, visits and invoices, is run by Jobber, our job management system, and we cannot change its code. If it is hard to use, call or email us and we will send you the same information.
• The short videos of our work have background music only, with no speech; the text on each video page describes the job shown.
