- Soft washing
- Low pressure for stucco, vinyl, painted siding, roofs and screens. Plants are wet and rinsed before and after.
- Pressure washing
- Hard surfaces such as concrete and pavers: driveways, sidewalks, patios and pool decks. Siding and roofs get a soft wash instead.

Booking, cancelling and re-cleans
- Confirmation
- About 24 hours before each visit we ask you to confirm it by text, email, our client portal or a phone call.
- Cancelling
- Free until the crew arrives. A trip fee may apply only if you confirmed the visit and cancel with the crew already at the property.
- Deposits
- Larger jobs, generally over $1,500, that need materials bought in advance may require a deposit. It is shown on the estimate and applied to the final invoice.
- Right to cancel
- A residential estimate accepted after a visit to your home can be cancelled until midnight of the third business day.
- Re-clean
- Tell us within 48 hours about missed spots or streaks and we come back to re-clean them at no charge. This applies to interior and exterior cleaning.
