What the work involves
The work is outdoors, at homes and businesses across Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties. These are the services we do and how we do them.
Gutters and gutter guards
Every gutter emptied by hand, the debris bagged as we go and the downspouts flushed with water. We also install micro-perforated aluminum gutter guards, fastened with stainless steel screws after the gutters are cleaned.
Windows
Glass inside and out, with screens, tracks and sills. We squeegee interior and detail glass by hand, and use a water-fed pole with deionized pure water for exterior and upper-story windows.
Pressure washing and soft washing
Driveways, sidewalks, patios and pavers with a rotary surface cleaner, so the pattern is even. Siding and stucco get a low-pressure soft wash instead, with biodegradable, plant-safe cleaning solutions and the plants wet before and rinsed after.
Roofs and solar panels
Shingle, tile and metal roofs are soft washed and rinsed at low pressure, never high pressure. Solar panels are cleaned with a water-fed pole, a soft-bristle brush and deionized pure water, without a pressure washer or abrasives.
Pool cages
Pool cage screens and aluminum frames are cleaned with a low-pressure soft wash, with the pool water protected while we work.
Dryer vents
The whole duct, from the back of the dryer to the exit outside. Rotary brushes loosen the lint while a vacuum pulls it out, and we measure the airflow at the exit before and after.
Each service has its own page: gutter cleaning, gutter guards, window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pool cage cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.
Who we are looking for
Careful around the property
We work around plants, pools, cars and pets. Arriving on time and leaving the property clean matter as much as the cleaning itself.
Comfortable on a ladder
Much of the work is at height: second-story gutters, roofs and upper windows. The application asks whether you can work on a ladder.
With or without experience
Experience with window cleaning, pressure washing, gutters or similar work helps. You can also apply with no experience yet; the application has that option.
English, Spanish or both
We work in English and Spanish.
Your schedule and transportation
Tell us if you are looking for full-time or part-time work, on weekdays or weekends, and whether you have your own transportation.
