Recent job: storefront glass and entry concrete at a Tampa Bay dental office

A one-time visit for a dental office in Tampa Bay. We washed the exterior glass by hand with a strip washer and a squeegee, wiped the frames and sills, then pressure washed the concrete walk in front of the building and the curbs around the parking lot. The photos and clips below are from that visit.

Squeegee or water-fed pole: when we use each

Storefront glass at street level is cleaned by hand with an applicator and squeegee. It is the fastest way to a sharp, streak-free finish and lets us detail doors and edges.

Upper floors, up to four stories, are cleaned from the ground with a water-fed pole: a soft brush on an extendable pole that rinses with deionized pure water. Deionized pure water has no minerals, so the glass dries without spots, and there is no need for lifts or ladders against the facade. It also cleans the frames, which keeps dirt from running back onto the glass.

Recurring service

Most commercial clients keep their glass clean on a schedule. As a general guide, storefronts and restaurants need it weekly to every two weeks, and offices monthly to every two months. We agree the frequency with you, work before opening or after closing, and keep the same scope on every visit. Quotes, scheduling and invoicing run through our Jobber system, so you have a record of every visit.

How a visit works

  • A site walk to confirm access, parking, glass types and any building rules.
  • Entrances and walkways protected and kept clear while we work.
  • Cleaning section by section, ground floor first or as your hours require.
  • A final check and a note of anything that needs attention, such as damaged screens or seals.

Questions about commercial window cleaning in Tampa

How tall a building can you clean?

We clean commercial windows up to four stories, from the ground with water-fed poles and deionized pure water.

Can you clean before we open or after we close?

Yes. We schedule around your business hours and confirm the plan in the quote.

Do you offer weekly or monthly service?

Yes. We set up weekly, biweekly or monthly service depending on foot traffic and how fast the glass gets dirty.

Do you clean interior glass too?

Yes, when you book it. Interior glass is cleaned by hand with a squeegee, never with a water-fed pole.
