Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Tiny Luster Exterior Services LLC, doing business as TinyLuster (“TinyLuster,” “we,” “us”) is a family-owned exterior cleaning company in Tampa, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through tinyluster.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: info@tinyluster.com or (813) 364-2973.
1. Information you give us
When you request an estimate, contact us or apply for a job, we collect what you type in the form:
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Your service address or ZIP code.
- The services you are interested in and any message or details you add.
- If you use our instant estimate form: your answers about the property (for example its size, number of stories, gate access, pets and outdoor water), the price range the form showed you, and the day and time window you prefer.
- Photos you choose to add to your request. They are stored on our own website, only our team can see them, and they are deleted together with your request.
- Your contact preferences.
We also keep what you tell us by phone, text, email or WhatsApp, and the details of the work we do for you (property address, services, dates, photos of the work, invoices). Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Door codes and keys. If you give us a door code, a lockbox code or a key so we can clean while you’re out, we use it only to get in for the service you booked and share it only with the crew doing that job. Tell us when you change the code or want us to delete it, and we will. We return keys whenever you ask.
Email updates. If you subscribe to our emails, we keep your email address, the page where you signed up and the dates you confirmed or unsubscribed. We use it only to send occasional cleaning tips and offers. You confirm your subscription by email, every email has a link to unsubscribe, and once you unsubscribe we stop emailing you.
Your consent choices. Our forms have two separate boxes: a required one to agree to our Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy, and an optional one to receive seasonal reminders and offers (on the careers form, to keep your application for future openings). When you send a form we record the date and time, the page, your IP address and browser, your phone and email, the state of each box and the exact wording you saw. We keep this record as proof of your choices and use it for nothing else.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our providers collect:
- Usage data: pages visited, time on the site, device and browser type, approximate location from the IP address. This is collected by Google Analytics.
- How you found us: if you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, the campaign details (for example
utm_source,utm_campaign) and the ad click identifiers Google adds (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), plus the first page you landed on. We keep them in a first-party cookie for 90 days and send them with your estimate request. This lets us know which ads and pages bring real requests. - Clicks on our phone, text and email links, and when a form is started or sent (no form content is sent).
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your request, prepare your estimate, schedule and do the work, and send invoices.
- To calculate the estimate our form shows you and to decide which requests to answer first. This ranking only helps us plan our calls; it never changes the price you see.
- To contact you about your request or job by phone, text or email.
- To measure and improve our website and our advertising.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam.
- To comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the Google and Meta advertising measurement described below.
Calls and text messages
We call or text you about your request and your job: your estimate, scheduling, visit reminders and invoices. Our job management system (Jobber) sends some of these texts for us. We send offers or seasonal reminders only if you checked the optional box on our form. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help, or call (813) 364-2973.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
4. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and Google Ads to show ads and measure which ones lead to requests. Google receives the usage data above and sets its own cookies (for example _ga, _gcl_au).
Enhanced conversions: when you send a form after clicking one of our ads, your browser converts your email address and phone number into a one-way code (SHA-256 hash) before anything is sent to Google. Google uses that code only to match the request to the ad click, for measurement. Your email and phone are not sent to Google in readable form.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. You can also reject these cookies, or choose which ones to allow, in our cookie notice (see section 6).
Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel to measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to requests and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. Unless you reject advertising cookies (see below), the Pixel records the pages you visit, when you view a service page, when you tap our phone, text or WhatsApp links, and when you send an estimate request. Meta sets its own cookies (for example _fbp and, if you arrive from a Meta ad, _fbc).
When you send an estimate request, we or Meta may also send that event from our server (Meta Conversions API). In that case your email, phone number, name and ZIP code are converted into a one-way code (SHA-256 hash) before they are sent, together with your IP address, browser type and the Meta cookies above. Meta uses this to match the request to an ad and to count each request only once.
If you reject advertising cookies in our notice (Reject, or Save choices without Advertising), or your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal and you have not already made a choice in our notice, the Meta Pixel is turned off and no request event is sent to Meta. You can also manage how Meta uses your information for ads at facebook.com/adpreferences.
5. Who else handles your information
We share information only with providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| Google (Analytics, Ads, reCAPTCHA) | Site statistics, ad measurement, spam protection on our forms |
| Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) | Ad measurement and showing our ads to people who visited our site |
| Jobber | Our customer and job management system, request form, quotes and invoices |
| Make.com | Moves form requests to our email and systems |
| Our email and hosting providers | Delivering email and running the website |
| Thumbtack, Google Business Profile, Nextdoor and similar | Only if you contact us through those platforms (their own policies apply) |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, and to a buyer if the business is sold.
6. Cookies and your choices
- The cookie notice lets you Reject or Accept all analytics and advertising cookies, or Choose which to allow: Measurement (Google Analytics) and Advertising (Google Ads and Meta), then Save choices. If you reject, Google Analytics and Google Ads receive no cookie-based data from your visits (Google Consent Mode) and the Meta Pixel is turned off. If you allow only Measurement, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel are treated as rejected; if you allow only Advertising, Google Analytics is. We remember your choice for 12 months in the cookie
tl_consent. To change it, delete our cookies in your browser and the notice appears again. - Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland start with analytics and advertising storage denied for Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track: if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal and you have not already made a choice in our notice, we treat it as Reject for analytics and advertising cookies and the notice does not appear. The “Do Not Track” setting of some browsers has no common standard, so the site does not respond to it; use our cookie notice or Global Privacy Control instead.
- Details of each cookie: see our Cookie Policy.
7. How long we keep it
- Estimate requests that do not become a job: up to 2 years.
- Customer and job records: as long as needed for the service, warranty and tax purposes.
- Records of what you agreed to on our forms: 5 years.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, or up to 24 months if you asked us to keep yours for future openings.
- Attribution cookie: 90 days. Consent cookie: 12 months. Meta cookies (
_fbp,_fbc): up to 90 days.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@tinyluster.com or call (813) 364-2973. We reply within a reasonable time and may need to confirm who you are.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards (secure HTTPS connection, access limited to our team, reputable providers). No system is perfectly secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as Florida law requires (Florida Information Protection Act, section 501.171, Florida Statutes).
10. Children
Our site and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
