At Tiny Luster Exterior Services LLC, we understand that schedules may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations when modifying or canceling a service appointment.
2. Service Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service cost.
- Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to availability and applicable fees.
4. Refunds
- If you prepaid for a service and cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you are entitled to a full refund.
- For cancellations within 24 hours, partial refunds may be issued after deducting applicable cancellation fees.
- No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Weather & Safety Conditions
Services may be delayed or rescheduled by us due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no cancellation fee will apply, and you may choose to reschedule or request a full refund of any prepaid amount.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain promotional offers, discounts, or special packages may be designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase. These terms will be clearly communicated.
